How to get past the awkward "friends that like each other" stage?
He likes me. I like him but he doesn't know.
He's always flirting and whatnot.
I'm on the shy side and I'm sure he wouldn't make a move first.
What do I do to get things going?
How do I get him to realize that I like him without telling him up front?
